Seattle has had run of summer-like days over the last week, and it looks like it will last throughout this weekend. Accuweather says that we will hit 80 twice this weekend.
We’ve been spending as much time as we can outside. Today, we went to our favorite park in Seattle, Seward Park. It was one of those days where the sky seems clearer an bigger than it normally does. Rainier was crystal-clear.
And, while these days are absolutely lovely, anyone who’s been around the northwest knows not to raise expectations. There is always a “tease” that happens around this time of year, when you think the seasons will turn. But almost always, the temperature drops again and clouds return for a few more weeks.
But we will enjoy it while we can.
