The Snowpocalypse is upon us

Flakes are falling, beautifully, lightly on Seattle right now. It’s supposed to be the biggest snow we’ve had in decades… ur we will see how true that turns out to be.

You know, it’s funny… this blog began, some 7 years ago, in a snow storm. As I’m watching the flakes fall down now, it makes sense to me.

First of all, it’s eventful. It doesn’t happen very often (especially in Seattle.). You immediately get the feeling that this is special… and that makes you want to tell someone else about it.

Second: there’s nothing else to do. Especially in Seattle, where the entire city only has 39 snowplows, your options are limited and you life slows down a bit.

Sit tight- I’ll keep you updated! But, it begins.
